Medsye is committed to ensure that customers are informed in case of the trip cancellations with clear explanation.
Trip Cancellation
In the event of trip is cancelled due to emergency cause such as weather and sea conditions, customers would be given the options to re-schedul their trip at no extra charge or cancel the trip with full refund.
Accident Travel Insuarance
Medsye and New Hampshire Insurance (a member company of American International Group, Inc) provide all our customers with accident travel insurance which customers are automatically recieved.
• Personal Accident 200,000 Baht
• Accident Medical Expenses 100,000 Baht
• Accident Evacuation & Repatriatia 100,000 Baht
Cancellation Policy
7 Days notification is required, otherwise will incur 50% charge of full price or full discounted price
for example: the booked trip is on April 18, customers must notify Medsye
no later than April 11
Trip Re-Schedule Policy
3 Days notification is required and can be done only once, otherwise will incur a 50% charge of full price or full discounted pri
No Show Policy
If customer does not show up on trip day without any notification will incur a full price or full discounted price charge (Emergencies excepted).
Seniors and children under age of 3 are not recommended to join the trips. Individuals with high blood pressure, heart conditions are advised to consult with doctors. Customers who are allergic to certain kind of food should inform Medsye before the trips.
Customers who bring electronic devices, camera, MP3 player or any other devices that could be broken because of water, should take special care of their belongings by themselved. Having water pack or waterproof bag is recommended.
Trip programs is subjected to minor changes due to weather and sea conditions.
